The student educational game was created in our foundation’s School Living Lab workshop by Michał Kluk from the Complex of Technical Schools in Września. The project was developed in response to a real problem of improper waste management among young people. Michał identified this issue and decided to act—through play.
The development partner of the game is the Code For Green Foundation.
Green Adventure is an educational game designed for younger students. It was created out of the need to introduce environmental education at an earlier stage— in a way that is understandable, engaging, and based on experience.
The project was created in an interdisciplinary workshop where students work using a project-based learning method focused on action—starting from observing a problem, through designing a solution, to its implementation.
The game includes three free modules:
An extended version of the game with additional features is also available.
Green Adventure shows how students can create solutions that respond to real environmental challenges. The project combines digital skills with education and agency, resulting in a tool that can be used in schools as support for the teaching process.
Important notice:
The installer (SETUP) does not yet have a Microsoft digital signature. This is due to the costs and certification process. As a result, Windows may label the application as being from an “unknown publisher” and display warnings about a potential risk or block the file.
In such a case, you should select “More info” and then “Run anyway.”
Alternatively, you can use the ZIP version, which does not require an installer. The game is available in Polish only.
See what children have achieved through our projects – students have created around 100 different prototypes, some of which have been implemented. Read also about our other achievements.
