Report from the Open Space Workshop "Caring for the Climate Without Borders." An EUKI Climate Initiative
The workshops are part of a project aimed at developing a new model of practical and action-oriented climate education in schools. The meetings were conducted using the Open Space Technology method, allowing for open discussions and the exploration of environmental and climate topics relevant to specific regions and stakeholders.

Code for Green is the substantive partner of the "Better Education 2022" Conference
What is needed for Future Labs to function well in times of crisis? What is the role of the Code for Green program in shaping the attitudes of young people, how to create a modern educational space like a Lab, and how to work within it? What is the role of the teacher in this process? These are the topics that the Code for Green team from the Foundation for Social Initiatives will address during the 13th edition of the "Lepsza Edukacja" Conference, which will be held in Września on February 4-5, 2022.
Project Summary: Young Nature Scientists from Puńsk Coding!
After over 1250 hours of lessons within the "Young Nature Scientists Coding" program, its current edition comes to an end. This extraordinary project, combining various disciplines such as nature, new technologies, music, and foreign languages in both learning and play, engaged preschoolers from the village of Puńsk at the Samorządowe Preschool with Polish and Lithuanian language instruction. The project involved a hundred children and five teachers, who also participated in additional training and earned, among other things, certificates of professional competence in teaching ICT (information and communication technologies) to preschool-aged children.
We are starting Code for Green 2020/21
With the new school year, we have launched a new edition of the Code for Green program! After the summer holidays, we're finally back in person, although in a school setting with epidemic measures in place. What's new since September?
Preschoolers in Stary Folwark learn about modern technologies
Wraz z samorządem Gminy Suwałki zaprosiliśmy przedszkolaki ze Starego Folwarku nad Wigrami do… sięgnięcia w przyszłość. Nowoczesne technologie i metody rozwijania kompetencji przyszłości wkroczyły do Punktu Przedszkolnego i Oddziału Przedszkolnego.
W ciągu jednego roku szkolnego 2019/2020 podnieśliśmy jakość oferty edukacyjnej w zakresie kształcenia przedszkolnego w grupie 43 uczniów.
